Pastor Donald Constantine Francis is an ordained minister in the Seventh-day Adventist Church
and has been a pastor for over a decade serving both in the Caribbean and Canada. Pastor DC
Francis is a sought-after motivational speaker and evangelist. He has addressed audiences and
conducted evangelistic campaigns throughout Jamaica, the United States of America, Canada, St.
Lucia, Dominica, the Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Guyana and Uganda, Africa. A passionate and
compelling preacher of the Word, his ministry has, to date, produced over 3200 baptisms.
Pastor DC Francis is pursuing doctoral studies in the field of Psychology at the California
Southern University. He is also a graduate of Northern Caribbean University and the Andrews
Theological Seminary earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion (honors) and a Master of
Divinity (suma cum laude) respectively. He also received the prestigious award for Homiletic
excellence from Northern Caribbean University in 2010 and has been awarded by the Central
Jamaica Conference of Seventh-day Adventists for outstanding achievement in evangelism
(2012-2017) and pastor of the Quarter (2015). Additionally, the Jamaica Union Conference of
Seventh-day Adventists recoginzed him for his outstanding achievement in evangelism (2012-
2017). Also, the Inter-American Division of Seventh-day Adventists awarded Pastor D.C.
Francis for outstanding leadership in evangelism and church growth in 2015.
Pastor DC Francis is also humble and teachable, and has adopted as his guiding philosophy, “If
you cannot endure criticism; you will be destroyed by compliments”.
He is married to his best friend, Popsann Latoya, who is the founder of Women Healing
Together. In his spare time, Pastor DC enjoys writing and is currently working on his first two
books that he hopes will be published soon.
